This mixed-use development is a neighborhood consisting of a series of multi-family residential developments in Houston’s East Downtown (EaDo) neighborhood. The proposed neighborhood brings points of connection and attraction for urban activity in the forms of visual identity through murals and art, public amenities like benches and misting fans for hot days, small businesses like cafes and kiosks, and spaces for goods exchange.
